So why create all these new videos, photos, and a whole new website?
I realized that our old site, like so many other sites, just conveyed information. That's why the idea of updating the site became important to us. Of course, we want to provide basic information about orthodontics, but we also wanted people who have never been in the office before to see who we are...and to fully experience what it's like to be a part of the Appel Orthodontics family.
We know that’s what people are often seeking. People are seeking an experience and a connection. From the time my father and I started practicing together, we have worked diligently to create an experience in the practice that is something special. We want people to know that we care about them. It’s their experience that’s important.
Ultimately, we realized that the site didn’t do anything to convey the experience that a patient would have when they came to visit us.
“We want to provide the information about orthodontics, but we also want people who have never been to the office before to see and feel what it’s like here. We want to show off what it’s like to be a part o the Appel Orthodontics Family!”
And we are so proud that it finally does that. These videos, these pictures, this website… it’s truly us!
The family vibe is a huge part of who we are, and there is an emotional component too. That’s a huge part of our practice. The new site conveys who we are. We are family, and you are being welcomed into a family. We had to show off that family, and our website, our videos, and our photos finally do just that!
