We can evaluate your child to see if clear aligners are best for them, but clear aligners aren't for everyone. They must be worn at least 22 hours a day to be fully effective. Because aligners are removable, it's tough for many people to stick with this 22 hour a day commitment, which reduces the effectiveness of treatment and prolongs treatment time. Clear aligners are rarely a good fit for more severe dental cases.
