Financing for every part of treatment
At Appel Orthodontics, we believe that every part of orthodontic care should be affordable, not just braces and aligners. That's why our financing includes comprehensive treatment, including retainer insurance and even post-treatment whitening.
Whatever financing plan you build with us, it's at no extra cost. We charge 0% interest for up to 36 months. For us, affordability is part of taking great care of you every step of the way.
Worry-free braces financing
At Appel Orthodontics, we want you to have the best smile possible, and reasons to show it! We work with you to take financial anxiety out of the equation.
Typically, patients opt for a low monthly fee of $150-$200 and spread payment over 30 months. We don't require a separate downpayment, so you can start treatment the day of your initial consultation with just your first regular monthly deposit. Our financing is interest free for up to 36 months.
Retainer insurance included
Orthodontic treatment moves your teeth, and wearing a retainer at night keeps your teeth in their new spots, insuring that your beautiful smile lasts a lifetime. We want to do everything we can to support our patients in sticking with this final stage of treatment, so we make retainer insurance a part of your financing package. That means it's easy and affordable to replace lost retainers for seven years after treatment ends.
Finance post-treatment teeth whitening
Add the Zoom! In-Office Whitening option to your post-treatment plan! At Appel Orthodontics, you can finance the cost of teeth whitening along with the rest of your treatment, so you're ready to show off that incredible new smile.
See if your treatment is covered

Questions and answers about orthodontic costs
We will do all the homework for you! If you provide your insurance information when scheduling your free consultation, we will have all of the information about your orthodontic coverage available for you when you come to our office.
We include retainer insurance when you finance treatment. Why? Wearing your retainers at night is essential to maintaining your smile, and because they're are removable, retainers are easy to lose. We want to do everything we can to support you in sticking with your treatment plan and replacing them.
Most orthodontists don't talk about retainers and their cost until you're finished with braces or aligners. This delay can result in a either a large one-time payment for retainer insurance, or paying for retainer replacements one at a time, which reduces compliance with this all-important part of caring for your smile.
Retainer insurance means that replacements are just $20/retainer ($40/set) for seven years after treatment.
You can add post-treatment whitening to your financing agreement right from the start, but it's definitely not required.
Most of our patients like to treat themselves to professional whitening after they finish with braces or aligners. Zoom! In-Office Whitening is the perfect finishing touch for your smile and a great reward for all of your patience throughout treatment.
Whether you make teeth whitening a part of your plan from the start or add it after treatment, the cost remains the same: $500. Many of our patients find it's easiest to spread that cost, and it makes little difference to your monthly payment.
