New office experience. Same amazing smiles!

Over the past several weeks, we’ve stayed together to work diligently to advance the experience at our practice and ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency.  We wanted to share these updates with you and look forward to welcoming you to our office for your next appointment!

When will the office be open again?

We will begin seeing patients again on 5/18/20

Will the hours of operation be different?

We will temporarily expand hours in an effort to accommodate all of our patients as soon as possible.

Should I call to reschedule my cancelled appointment?

NO!  We have a detailed list of everyone needing an appointment at this time, and we will be reaching out to every patient to get you rescheduled.

Thank you for being patient as we work to reschedule hundreds of appointments while working with more limited capacity.

What should I expect when I arrive to the office?

Our check-in process has changed.  You will be greeted with a smile as always, but at the waiting room entrance by our Patient Wellness Coordinator.  A parent/guardian MUST be present with any minor to sign a supplemental health history form and the patient will have their temperature checked prior to being taken back for their appointment.

Is the waiting room open?

In an effort to reduce the number of people in the office, we are asking that only the patient enter the waiting room after being cleared by our Patient Wellness Coordinator.

Kids under 10 can be accompanied by one parent.

What if my child is a new patient?

We ask that at this time, only one person accompany the new patient to their consultation.  We’d be more than happy to FaceTime or conference call another family member, so they can be part of the conversation “virtually.”

Do I need to wear a mask?

In keeping with CDC guidelines, anyone entering the office MUST be wearing a mask (of course, if you have an appointment, we will have you remove temporarily while we check your treatment progress)!

Is the office practicing social distancing?

Absolutely!  While in our office, everyone should make a concerted effort to maintain 6 feet of distance from others.

Will appointments take the same amount of time as usual?

Please allow for extra time than what you may be used to for your visits.

Are you sure the office is clean?

Absolutely! We’ve upped our already routine cleaning practices to be more frequent and high-powered. You’ll notice new air purifiers, and we are enhancing sanitization of our space before and after each patient.
