Welcome Spring!

We love the warm months here at Appel Orthodontics.  With Spring Break approaching fast, we’re getting ready to get extra busy while our patients get a few weeks off. Just remember, you only get off from school, not working on your smiles! If you’re one of our extra good patients who remembers every day to brush in the morning after breakfast, when you get home from school, and before you go to bed, (who are we kidding? Of COURSE you are!) make extra sure to keep that up during your vacation. Plaque keeps working, even when you’re not, so keep up with your brushing and flossing while you’re enjoying the beautiful weather.
